Download PDF1. Who we are and what this policy covers
LiteVerse, CORP. (LiteVerse, we, us or our) operates the LiteVerse website, APIs and related services. Contact us about privacy, support or security at [email protected]. This policy describes information processed when you browse Litecoin ordinals, connect a wallet, use marketplace listings, submit a creator project or place a paid inscription, rune or launchpad order.
Personal Data includes information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, including a wallet address when associated with other information. Public blockchain information is not necessarily anonymous. This policy covers the website and its services; the separately installed Litescribe extension and other wallets also have their own privacy notices and permissions.
2. Information you provide and wallet connections
A wallet connection gives the website an approved public address and network information. We use that address to show balances, inscriptions, runes and relevant marketplace or order information. Browsing public content does not require an email/password account.
Your wallet recovery phrase, private keys and encrypted extension vault stay in your wallet. The website does not request or store them. Do not send them to support or include them in an upload, form, screenshot or inscription. Wallet-approved messages, signatures and partially signed transactions are different from private keys and may authorize a particular action or spend.
For marketplace listings we receive the approved signed offer, public asset and price information, seller payout information and an action-bound publication proof. Purchase and listing-management requests can include approved signatures, transaction data and public addresses. Public listings and blockchain activity can be seen by others.
For paid orders we process the selected service, uploaded content or metadata, delivery address, payment request, amount and fee information, payment and fulfillment transaction identifiers, order identifiers, status and private order-access evidence. The paid creation-and-delivery service uses the operator's own wallet to receive payment, create or fulfill the requested item and send it to the recorded recipient; it does not require your wallet's private keys.
Creator submissions may include the creator name, email address, project descriptions, artwork, collection details, website and social links, wallet addresses and other information you choose to submit. Support correspondence includes the contact details and content you send. Only submit content and personal information that you are authorized to provide. Content submitted for inscription may become permanently public on Litecoin.
3. Browser storage, request metadata and public sources
The website uses browser local storage to remember a wallet connection and to retain private order-access receipts and marketplace transaction receipts. The saved connection contains an address, not your wallet's recovery phrase or private key. Order-access receipts can contain credentials for reading a private order; protect them and avoid sharing browser-storage exports.
Disconnect clears the website's active wallet connection and its saved connection. It does not lock the wallet, revoke the wallet extension's site permissions, cancel a signed offer or delete existing order receipts. You can also clear site data in your browser, but doing so may remove locally saved private order access and transaction receipts.
Our servers and hosting or security providers process request information such as IP address, browser and operating-system information, request paths, referrer information, timestamps and error or security events to deliver and protect the Service. Hosting, content delivery, security, fonts and other third-party resources can also receive request metadata and may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Browser controls can restrict cookies and site storage, which may limit functionality.
We use Litecoin node and indexer data and information returned by approved wallet APIs, including addresses, balances, inscriptions, runes, transactions and confirmation status. Public blockchain and indexer information may be associated with information you provide. The website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals; this does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
4. How we use information
We use information to deliver requested website features, display public assets and listings, validate wallet-approved actions, process and fulfill paid orders, maintain private order access, review creator submissions, respond to support requests, investigate errors, protect against fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, maintain financial or operational records and meet legal obligations.
We do not obtain your email address merely because you connect a wallet. If you provide contact details, we may use them for relevant support, order or administrative communications. If you separately request promotional messages, follow the unsubscribe instructions or contact [email protected] to stop them.
Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, these uses are based on providing the service you request, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable service and handling support or disputes, or consent where required for an optional activity. You may withdraw consent by contacting us without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. When information is disclosed
We disclose information to technical infrastructure, hosting, content-delivery, security, wallet gateway and other service providers as needed to operate and support the Service. We may also disclose it to comply with law or legal process, investigate misuse, protect users and our rights, or carry out a purpose explained when you provide it or otherwise authorized by you.
Public listings, public creator or collection information, and confirmed blockchain transactions are visible to other people. Inscription content and transaction information submitted to the public Litecoin network can be copied and indexed by parties we do not control.
Information may be shared with subsidiaries, joint ventures or companies under common control that are required to honor this policy, or transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, insolvency or other business restructuring, subject to the applicable privacy obligations.
As stated in our existing policy, we do not sell your personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage and improve the Service.
6. Public blockchain records and other services
Litecoin blockchain transactions, addresses and inscribed content can be permanently public. We cannot edit, erase or reverse confirmed blockchain records. Removing information from the website does not remove copies held by the blockchain, indexers or other people. Do not inscribe personal information that you may later want deleted.
Links to external wallets, explorers, social networks and other websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Those services may independently collect information when you use them. A signed marketplace offer can remain a spending authorization under its signed terms while its input remains unspent; removing a listing from our database is not cryptographic revocation.
7. Retention
We retain Personal Data while you use the Service or as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, support, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, enforcement and dispute resolution. When information is no longer required for those purposes, we delete it. Retention depends on the nature of the record, any unfinished order or dispute, and applicable legal requirements; we do not promise a single fixed deletion period for every type of data.
Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side order, payment or support records. Retained backups and operational records are subject to the same purposes and protections. Public blockchain records are outside our deletion control.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can browse without connecting a wallet, disconnect the website, manage wallet permissions in your wallet, restrict cookies and browser storage, and choose what information to submit. To request access, correction, deletion or a copy of Personal Data, or to object to or restrict processing, contact [email protected]. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority, but will not request your recovery phrase or private keys.
Depending on your location and applicable law, including the GDPR in the EEA or UK and California privacy law, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and opting out of a sale of Personal Data. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. In particular, where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We consider and act on requests in accordance with applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Some records may need to be retained to fulfill an order, comply with law, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute. We cannot delete or change public blockchain information, even when it contains Personal Data.
9. Security and local wallet keys
We use physical, administrative and technical safeguards for information under our control, but no service or transmission method is completely secure. We investigate and address security incidents and provide notifications when required by applicable law.
Keep your wallet, recovery phrase, private keys, device and private order-access receipts secure. A legitimate support response will not require your recovery phrase or private key. The platform cannot recover a lost wallet phrase. Contact [email protected] to report a suspected website or service security issue, without including secrets.
10. Minors
We do not intentionally collect Personal Data from children under 13. Our Terms require users to be at least 18, except that a person who is at least 13 but under 18 may use a parent or guardian's Account with that account holder's approval and involvement. If we learn that a child under 13 has supplied Personal Data, we will attempt to delete it as soon as possible. Contact [email protected] if you believe we have such information.
11. International processing
The Service is operated in the United States. Information may be processed in the country where it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, whose laws may differ from those of your location. Any transfer remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
13. Contact
For privacy requests, questions, complaints, support or security reports, contact LiteVerse, CORP. at [email protected]. Include enough non-secret information for us to understand your request, such as a relevant order or transaction identifier where appropriate. Never include a recovery phrase or private key.
